Membership is open to everyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in it’s 12- County area. They are; Solano, Yolo, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Alameda, Colusa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sonoma, Stanislaus.
Also military and civilian personnel of Travis Air Force Base.
Immediate family members of current members can also join.
