Become a Member
To become a member of Summit Credit Union, you must open a new savings account, depositing at least $5. You can open a savings account via two convenient methods; Apply In-Person or Apply Online.
Employees of Business Partners
Current or retired employees of any of Summit’s 300+ Business Partners are qualified to become a member. You can look for your employer in their current list of Business Partners.
Family of a Member
Family of a current Summit Credit Union member are qualified for membership. This includes spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Again, Also included is anyone living at the same legal residential address of a current member? Spouses of deceased or retired Business Partner employees are also qualified.
Family members have full rights of membership and joint membership is not needed on their account, except for minor children.
Proof of Eligibility
Employment ID or check stub from any of Summit’s Business Partners.
Family of a current member of Summit Union may provide proof by signing an affidavit verifying eligibility for membership.
